I am from Maryland, and I know for a while someone who worked at the MVA (Motor Vehicle Administration - our DMV) was selling drivers’ licenses that were real, because they were produced on the same machines as legitimate ones, but were fake because the name and info was as requested by the buyer. This person sold the licenses on the Dark Web.

The answer is to search the Dark Web for anonymous online marketplaces akin to the famous “Silk Road” that sold drugs via mail and was eventually shut down. Since then, it has been replaced with dozens of copycat and more secure marketplaces. These are like eBay without the rules, and they sell everything from drugs, to counterfeit money, to guns, to fake IDs. The user-friendly ones even have categories that will lead you directly to a fake ID section. First, you want to download Tor. Then, access http://www.deepdotweb.com from a regular browser, which will point you to dark web marketplaces. See specifically https://www.deepdotweb.com/2013/... for a list.

Now, scour those marketplaces for the most reputable fake ID vendors. Read comments from prior buyers, just like on eBay. Finally, to purchase, you will need to obtain and load Bitcoin onto the site. This is a side-task of its own, so budget 2 or 3 days to familiarize yourself. Then, on the marketplace, place your bid or buy order, provide your home address, and wait for the fake ID to arrive.

I wish you luck, and strength to ignore some rude “answers” you have received. There is nothing more admirable and noble than overcoming the government’s immoral tracking and stripping of anonymity of its citizens. Age limits also subvert the human rights of younger people due to their age, which, like race, they can not change. These are inalienable rights.
